Pleasure As A Stress Relief

Regular price $29.99

Everyone gets stressed, that's just a fact. Being one of the main causes to different diseases and issues, huge amounts of stress can also make you feel unable to cope. What is happening in the world right now is also contributing to an increase level of stress, for everyone.

One thing that makes a difference in this scenario is how resilient you are to stress. Being resilient can come in many formats, but we want to talk about one: pleasure. Pleasure, play, and social connection are all deeply nourishing and restorative on both a physical and an emotional level and can provide a powerful antidote to stress. And this course is all about that.

This course is for you if you feel stressed, if you had a burnout before and don't want it to happen again, or if you want a way to relax after a long day. Mary Adelle, a sexuality educator, facilitator and writer, will teach you techniques to lower your stress and increase your pleasure.

In this course, you'll learn:
  • Stress vs Pleasure. What is the connection between stress and pleasure? The first part of this course is all about understanding that.
  • Techniques. Big part of this course is about learning techniques to lower your stress through pleasure. From sex and masturbation to moving your body and new activities, Mary will teach you how to heal and celebrate your sexuality through creativity.

With lifetime access, you can come back to this course every time you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or wanting to have more pleasure.
