1 - Tell us about your old toy
Fill out the form below with information about the toy you are sending to us. Do not forget to fill out the form so know what you’re sending and we can reward you. Make sure the form is filled correctly. If you send us an incomplete form, we will not be able to get back to you with your discount coupon.
2 - Clean and pack your sex toy
Please make sure your toy is in ship shape.
If your vibrator has batteries you can remove and discard them in a specified recycling facility. If you don't know where to discard the batteries, you can send it with your toy and we will take care of it.
Give it a deep cleaning/disinfection before sending your toy to us. You can check how to proper clean your sex toy here.
Pack everything (toys and chargers) and send to us. Please forward to us the tracking number or shipping confirmation. Please note that you are responsible for all standard shipping charges and taxes.

3 - Receive your reward
After we receive your toy, or the shipping confirmation, we will send you a 15% discount code to use in the store. Besides that, we’ll credit you with 250 points on our rewards program that you can use towards discounts, free shipping or free toys.
DOs and DON’Ts
This offer applies to sex toys (vibrators, dildos/dongs, penis toys, anal toys..) so sending us empty packages or any other item will not reward you with the discount and points. We accept broken and/or unwanted sex toys for recycling whether or not you purchased them from us. Please, do not send us sex dolls, DVDs, books, or other adult novelties. If you have questions or are unsure if your toy qualifies, please let us know!
We cannot accept walk-in packages at the moment, the only way to have your toy recycled is sending it through mail.
Your code is valid only for futures purchases, this is not a cash back rewards program. You must enter your Recycle credit code at the time of online purchase to receive your discount on that purchase.
Please note that your discount will be per shipment and not for toys. If you send us 3 toys, you will get only one discount code. While you are welcome to send us multiple shipments, keep in mind that this will increase your shipping costs and you will get multiple discount codes, but they can be used only one at a time. We respectfully request our clients to not send us multiple packages, this goes against our main goal of not hurting the environment.
